Refunds

Email hello@send.lamsa.page within 30 days of paying, with your page code (the part after /p/ in your link). We refund the full amount to the way you paid. You do not have to explain yourself.

Refunds are sent the same day we read the email. Depending on your bank, the money usually shows up within 5 to 10 working days.

When we refund you, the page goes offline and the link stops working. If you want a copy of your photos or your letter first, say so in the email and we will send them before we take it down.

Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract bought online, without giving a reason.

A published page is digital content delivered immediately, so at checkout we ask you to tick a box confirming that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the page is published. That is the waiver the law requires, and it is why we ask for it out loud instead of burying it.

If you did not tick that box, or the page was never published, your 14-day right is untouched and you can withdraw with a simple email.

Either way, our own 30-day promise is more generous, so in practice it is the one that applies.

If you paid by InstaPay, Vodafone Cash or another wallet, the same 30 days apply. We send the refund back to the number or wallet you paid from, usually the same day.

Please email us first at hello@send.lamsa.page. A chargeback takes weeks and costs both of us money; a refund takes minutes and we will not argue about it.
