Refunds

Building a page and looking at it costs nothing. The preview is the finished page with a watermark on it, so you see exactly what you are buying before you buy it. If it is not right, do not publish, and you have paid nothing.

The moment you publish, the watermark comes off and the link works. That is the whole product, delivered at once. There is nothing left for us to send you later.

So a published page is not refunded, except where the law requires it. The sections below say exactly where that is, and we would rather write them out than let you find out later.

Email hello@send.lamsa.page with your page code, the part after /p/ in your link, and tell us what is wrong. A page that does not work, or that does not match what you built, is our problem and we will fix it.

Write in Arabic or in English, whichever you prefer. Ask us before you ask your bank: it is faster, and it is the only route that ends with a working page instead of no page.

Card payments, where we offer them, are handled by Creem. They are the seller of record: they take the payment, the invoice comes from them, and they handle the tax on it.

The refund decision is ours, not theirs, and so is what we owe you under consumer law. We do not hand either of those to them. Email hello@send.lamsa.page and you are writing to the people who decide.

Creem can refund a payment without us only in narrow cases: where the law requires it, where the card scheme requires it, or where something went wrong technically or fraudulently with the payment itself.

If you paid by InstaPay, Vodafone Cash or another wallet, we are the seller and this page is the whole policy. Before you publish, nothing has been charged. After you publish, the page has been delivered and it is not refunded, except where Egyptian consumer law requires it.

Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract bought online, without giving a reason.

We do not ask you to waive it. A published page is digital content delivered immediately, and the law would let us ask you to give up the 14 days in return for publishing straight away. We don't. The right stands in full, published page or not, and you can withdraw with a simple email.

This is about where you live, and nothing else. It does not depend on the language you are reading this in, the currency we quoted, or the country our site guessed you were in.

The page goes offline and the link stops working. If you want a copy of your photos or your letter first, say so and we will send them before we take it down.

Refunds are sent the same day we read the email. Depending on your bank, the money usually shows up within 5 to 10 working days.

Please email hello@send.lamsa.page first. A chargeback takes weeks and costs both of us money, and if you are owed a refund you will get it faster by asking for it.
