Terms of Service

Lamsa is a web app that generates personalized keepsake and invitation pages. You write the words, pick the photos and the colours; we build the page and host it at a link you can send to anyone you like.

We are not a printing service, a design agency or a social network. Pages are never listed publicly, never indexed by search engines and have no discovery feed.

There is nothing to sign up for and no password to forget. When you create a page you get a secret edit link. That link is the key to the page: anyone holding it can edit or delete it, so keep it to yourself.

If you gave us your email when you created the page, we can send the link again. If you did not, we cannot recover it for you — we have no other way to prove the page is yours.

You keep ownership of everything you write and upload. You give us only the permission we need to store your content and show the page to the people you share the link with.

By publishing a page you confirm all of the following:

Every page we host carries a “Report this page” link. We read every report and review it within 48 hours. We may take a page offline while we look into it, and we will remove any page that breaks the rules above.

If a page is about you and you want it gone, report it or email abuse@example.com. Repeated abuse ends in a permanent block, without a refund.

Building and previewing a page is free; the preview carries a watermark. Publishing it — which removes the watermark and gives you the shareable link — is a single payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Two options: 1 year keeps the page online for 365 days from the day you publish, and forever means the page never expires and carries no footer of ours.

“Forever” means for as long as Lamsa runs this service. If we ever have to close it down, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email where we have one, and let you download your content first.

We work hard to keep every page online and fast, but we cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. If something goes wrong for a long time, tell us and we will make it right — see the refunds page.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to a page is limited to what you paid for that page. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and we will email you about material changes if we have your address.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you keep every protection your local law gives you — nothing here takes that away.
